University management with institution-specific billing
Under OCR's approved student-collection model, participating universities and colleges are not charged a software subscription. Students pay the institution-configured student portal charge, and OCR calculates its share and any eligible institution share under the individual university agreement and applicable billing policy.
The institution's eligible share is handled through its settlement workflow and payout details. Portal charges, OCR share, deductions and settlement timing follow each institution's approved terms.
Illustrative example
If an institution's approved monthly student portal charge is PKR 200 and its agreed OCR share is PKR 100, the remaining eligible amount starts at PKR 100 per billed student before any applicable gateway costs, other charges, refunds, reserves or adjustments. The final institution payable is determined by the approved settlement calculation.
